Don't Wake Up the Bear by Marjorie Dennis Murray is about a bear sleeping in his cave. A hare comes by and goes in to sleep with him because he was so cold and the bear looked so warm. Then other animals say how they wish they could sleep there. The rabbit whispers to each animal that they can come in as long as they "don't wake up the bear!". It's a really cute story with lots of repitition. Josiah's favorite part is when the bear growls. He knows the page and growls before I do. It's too cute. :-D I love the illustrations, too.
I'll have to check out more of her books!
