Contemporary Fiction Review

Jennifer by Dee Henderson is the book I've been waiting for for a long time! If you've haven't read the O'Malley series, you can read this one first, and if you have already read the series you finally get the story of Jennifer! The youngest O'Malley. :-)

Jennifer O'Malley is a pediatrician for kids who have chronic or terminal illnesses. Her job is to help them fight infections or anything else that can inhibit their treatment. She is really involved with all her patients and works longer hours just to make sure they are all ok. While helping an injured child she meets surgeon Tom Peterson, and they start hanging out.

Tom introduces her to Jesus, and she begins to go to church and read the Bible to find out the truth for herself. But then tragedy stikes. How will they handle it?

If you've read the O'Malley series you already know the answer to that. It was a very well written story, and I just loved it! Jennifer is such a captivating character to read about. :-) Everybody's been waiting for this story, and I think Dee Henderson deliivered it excellently.

It comes out May 1st so remember to mark it on your calendar!!! O'Malley fans have been waiting for this so I'm sure you all have already preordered it. :-D

I was given this book free as long as I review it.
